Please read this agreement carefully before using the aiabet platform. By accessing or placing a wager, you confirm full acceptance of all clauses contained herein.
Important Notice: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and aiabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to, registration on, or use of the aiabet platform in any capacity constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use immediately.
For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear:
The online betting service operated under the domain aiabet.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and support channels.
Any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the aiabet platform.
The personal, non-transferable registered profile created by a User upon completing the aiabet registration process.
The total of real-money funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) held within a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly converted.
Any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
The total bet volume (in IDR) a User must complete using eligible games before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
The identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership.
Any jurisdiction in which the use of aiabet's services is explicitly prohibited by local law, regulation, or licensing restriction.
Access to and use of the aiabet platform is strictly governed by the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of the below conditions permanently disqualifies an individual from holding a valid Account.
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the aiabet platform. This is a non-negotiable minimum. aiabet enforces age verification through mandatory KYC document submission and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any point. Any Account found to belong to a user under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
The aiabet platform is designed and operated primarily for users resident in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your access based on your location at the time of use.
You represent that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, subject to guardianship orders, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are ineligible.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through nominees, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Age Enforcement Notice: aiabet takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately pending verification. Any wagers placed during a suspension period will be voided. Criminal reporting may follow where applicable law requires it.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing.
You are obligated to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your relationship with aiabet. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. aiabet will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. You must notify aiabet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. aiabet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting aiabet support. Upon verified closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC completion.
All Users are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. aiabet may additionally require KYC completion before certain deposit thresholds are lifted, or at any point during the Account relationship where regulatory or risk-management requirements demand it.

For proof of payment method ownership, a screenshot or photograph of the registered bank account details (showing account name and number) matching the Account registration details is required for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon accounts. For e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay), a screenshot confirming account ownership is required.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–2 business hours during standard WIB operating hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Submissions received outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. aiabet does not guarantee specific processing times during Indonesian public holidays or periods of unusually high verification volume.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is completed. aiabet reserves the right to close an Account that remains unverified after 90 days, returning verifiable deposits to the originating payment method.

Supported payment methods are subject to change. The current list of active methods is always displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of the platform. aiabet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international card payments.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, beginning at Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits depend on the selected method and account tier. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are communicated within the platform's withdrawal interface. aiabet targets withdrawal processing within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers initiated during standard WIB operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours, during Indonesian public holidays, or where additional verification is required may take longer. aiabet does not guarantee specific settlement times once a transfer has left the platform's payment processing system.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a User must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) complied with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions; and (d) not triggered any fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct flags under Clause 8.
All transactions on the aiabet platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aiabet does not impose currency conversion fees. Amounts displayed in the platform represent exact IDR values.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: In compliance with internationally recognized financial crime prevention standards, aiabet requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. aiabet may request supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free spin awards offered by aiabet are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:
New Users who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000, subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The welcome bonus is valid for 14 days from the date of claim. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000.
aiabet employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedged betting to clear wagering requirements), coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, and the use of prohibited software or bots. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
A wager is confirmed when the User receives an explicit on-screen confirmation from the platform. Bets placed during periods of technical failure, network error, or system outage may be voided at aiabet's discretion, with the staked amount returned to the User's Wallet Balance.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, game malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a wager, aiabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, togel (traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and live streaming products including sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each product interface prior to wager confirmation. aiabet reserves the right to adjust individual User stake limits based on betting history, account tier, or risk-management requirements, with reasonable notice provided where operationally possible.
All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia internationals — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners; a void leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at aiabet's discretion. Accepted live bets will stand unless voided under Clause 7.2. Delays between real-world events and platform data feeds are inherent in live betting; aiabet does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of information already superseded by real-world outcomes at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through a bank or e-wallet provider while retaining platform winnings or bonus funds constitutes fraud. aiabet will pursue recovery through all available legal mechanisms and will report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities. Accounts subject to chargeback disputes will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
All content on the aiabet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and structural design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of aiabet or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of aiabet or the relevant rights holder.
aiabet makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, internet infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. aiabet is not liable for losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods.
By using the aiabet platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome. aiabet accepts no liability for any financial losses resulting from betting activity conducted on the platform, provided those losses arose from fairly conducted games or events settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aiabet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Certain games and services on the aiabet platform are supplied by third-party providers. aiabet accepts no liability for defects, errors, or interruptions in third-party game software, provided aiabet has exercised reasonable due diligence in selecting reputable, internationally certified providers.
aiabet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8; KYC non-compliance; unusual betting patterns indicative of fraud or collusion; pending investigation into a dispute or complaint; or where required by legal, regulatory, or risk-management obligations.
Following investigation, aiabet may permanently close an Account where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Upon permanent closure for cause, aiabet is entitled to forfeit all Wallet Balances and Bonus Funds associated with the Account. Where no prohibited conduct is established, any remaining Wallet Balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.
Users may request Account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests processed under the Responsible Gaming framework will be treated with priority handling. Standard closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.

Key commitments include: data encryption in transit and at rest; no sale or transfer of personal data to unauthorized third parties; retention of data for the minimum period required by applicable financial regulations; and your right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable principles of commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which aiabet holds its operational license. Users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that they access and use the platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the aiabet platform, Users are encouraged to first contact aiabet support to seek informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute will be referred to the independent dispute resolution process established by aiabet's licensing authority.
This agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version made available for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail.
aiabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects User rights or obligations, aiabet will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with the User's Account, or via a prominent on-platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
